The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of JDE modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Design, configuration, and testing in various JDE Modules.
Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients’ needs.
Responsible primarily for successful implementation of JDE, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on JDE products to clients.
Prepare functional specifications for customizations & change requests.
This position is 10% Project Management, 60% Business Analysis and 30% Technical.
Determines new solutions utilizing the latest technologies.
Helping in presales activities – configuring demo environment and processes.
Handle and resolve support tickets.
Submit weekly report to reporting manager/assistant manager.
Job Requirements:
Positive attitude with good communication skills.
Enjoy working in a challenging environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management or equivalent, and other degrees will be considered.
Knowledge and experience of any ERP will be added advantage.
Knowledge of SQL programming is preferable.
Willing to travel when it is required.
