ERP Consultant
Job Descriptions:
- The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of JDE modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Design, configuration, and testing in various JDE Modules.
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients’ needs.
- Responsible primarily for successful implementation of JDE, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on JDE products to clients.
- Prepare functional specifications for customizations & change requests.
- This position is 10% Project Management, 60% Business Analysis and 30% Technical.
- Determines new solutions utilizing the latest technologies.
- Helping in presales activities – configuring demo environment and processes.
- Handle and resolve support tickets.
- Submit weekly report to reporting manager/assistant manager.
Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude with good communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a challenging environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management or equivalent, and other degrees will be considered.
- Knowledge and experience of any ERP will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL programming is preferable.
- Willing to travel when it is required.
