Strategic Business Development – Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing with all Titanfour products and services offered by Titanfour.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the
    marketing department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and
    financials.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, business administration, or similar.
  • Extensive sales experience.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or
    services.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all
    levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to accept and learn from criticism.
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Emboldened by challenges.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT-related industry.
