Strategic Business Development – Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing with all Titanfour products and services offered by Titanfour.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the
marketing department. - Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and
financials. - Prepare reports on account status.
- Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT, business administration, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or
services. - Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all
levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. - Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to accept and learn from criticism.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT-related industry.
Commission Scheme payout will be provided.
